Kenan Bell was born November 26th, 1983 in Long Beach, CA where he resided until the age of 5. Kenan then moved to Chino Hills where he would call home until his early adulthood.

At the age of 14, Kenan earned scholastic awards for his compositions discussing race and gang conflicts that he had witnessed while growing up in Los Angeles. Kenan relocated to La Crescenta, CA right before he began high school. Along with writing and compiling prose, it was at this time that Kenan began producing beats - which would later shape his own lyrical and musical style. As Kenan developed his craft, he caught the ears of Eminem and D12 who rapped over a few of his beats. Although these songs never came out, the interest motivated Kenan to sharpen his craft even further as he began rapping over his own beats with the intention of putting out his own records.
